Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
For items we have in stock we usually ship within 4 business days, however some items are specially ordered from England and are handmade increasing the shipping time to up to 21 days.
Items that need to be Engraved can take as little as 24 hours to be engraved but could take up to a week depending on how busy they are. We do offer a 'Fast Track' service which will place your item at the front of the line expediting your order for an extra fee.
Returns and Exchanges - Please Read Carefully:
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
Within 4 days of receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your merchandise for any defects. If there is any damage, please call 480-993-1480 and notify us so that we are able to issue a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Once received, we will be happy to exchange or issue a credit for the full value of your order to match your original purchase price.
All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. Please include your contact information, name, address, phone number and email, as well as the reason for the return. UPS will pick up your package within 14 business days. They will attempt to pick up the package a total of three (3) times. After 3 times, you will need to ship the package at UPS.
If I don’t like my order:
Please give us a call within 4 days and let us know why you are not happy with your order. We will accept your return if we are notified within 4 days of receipt, unless it was a custom order or if it was engraved. The items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Once return is approved, please pack your merchandise in the original packaging and include your contact information in your return. Please make sure you insure the package. We cannot be responsible for returns that are damaged during shipment. Please make sure of your order if placing a custom order or if ordering something to be engraved. If your order was a custom order or engraved, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Engraved & Special Order Items:
All engraving orders must be emailed to: sales@corbellsilver.com or faxed to: 480-993-1483. Choose font and size when placing order. All engraved orders are considered custom and will be non-returnable/non-refundable, non-exchangeable, no exceptions so please be careful when placing your order. Engraved orders are considered custom and are non-returnable.
Engraving Errors:
Make sure to double-check spelling and all details of your engraving order before submitting order. We will not be responsible for errors made by the customer. We will go by your order. However, if we make the mistake, we will correct it and send a replacement item to you as quickly as possible. UPS will pick up the defective item.
